Crabby Mary Seafood Stew

Crabby Mary Seafood Stew using Ashburn Sauce recipes and Ashburn Sauce Crabby Mary Bloody Mary Mix

  • 1 tsp. Diced Garlic
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • .75 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 14.5 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 10 oz.  Crabby Mary Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 cup Frozen Cut Okra
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets, cut into large chunks
  • ½ pound sea scallops, cut in half
  • 2 pounds mussels, cleaned (shrimp, cod, crab, crawfish, etc.)
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Rice

In a large pot, sauté garlic, celery, green pepper, and onion in olive oil; stir in cornstarch. Add un-drained chopped tomatoes and Crabby Bloody Mary Mix together. Cook, stirring occasionally until it begins to boil; add okra. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat, cover; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in seafood mixture and cooked rice. Simmer covered. May need to add additional liquid (Crabby Mary Mix). Stir and serve.

Yield: About 7 cups or 4 main dish servings.
